Effective Exercises to Get Rid Of Love Handles
A lot of people around the globe are obsessed with the search for  effective ways to help them get rid of love handles. Love handles refer  to the formation of layers of fat around the abdominal area of the body.  This problem is commonly referred to as abdominal obesity but many  refer to it lights as love handles. If you try fitting into your jeans  and a glance at yourself in the mirror shows chunks of sagging flesh  above the waistline of your jeans, then those are your love handle. This  problem is common in both men and women. There is no specific secret to  losing fat and love handles.   • Leg Flutters
This is a very effective work out that will challenge you. It  strengthens your back as well as tones your mid-section hence creating  balance in the torso and decreases the fat accumulated on your back and  sides. Lie on your stomach and lift your head and upper body off the  ground. Keep your limbs straight out on the sides of your body. Lift  your feet and knees from the floor and flap your legs quickly back and  forward. Do not let your legs hit the ground as you flap. Do this 10  times for each leg.
Break for 30 seconds and do it again.
  • Twist Crunches
With this exercise, you can easily feel the muscles you are working  on. Lie on your back and lift your upper body off the ground with your  hands placed on the back of your head. You knees should be bent with  your feet on the ground. Lift your body and twist to point your left  elbow to your right knee. Twist on the opposite direction.
Repeat 10 times for each side for a complete set.
  • Reverse Crunch
This is a fairly simple exercise that will show you results. Lie on
your back, bend your knees with your feet on the floor. You can place
your hands on your sides or behind your back. Raise your feet and bring
them towards your chest, keeping your movement slow and controlled.
Bring your knees back to the start position and repeat 20 times.
You can do up to 3 sets while take 30 second breaks in between the sets.
To get rid of love handles, you must eat healthy meals and exercise
regularly. As you lose body fat from your entire body, you will lose
those ugly love handles and get a trim waist line. Give yourself time to
